With ambitious growth targets to meet, Natterbox in partnership with Appraisd, introduced a fresh performance management approach, aligning employees to key organisational goals more effectively.
Appraisd allows me to know how employees are feeling based on the engagement question we include in our check-ins. This is hugely important now that most are working remotely. I can quickly see if an employee has a problem and speak to them and their manager to get things back on track.
Not quite using it yet but about to go live soon. I like that our performance management process will all be in one central location. Hopefully, making the continuous discussion around performance management a more enjoyable experience. AND most importantly, the time it will save on HR administration!
