Once a secure connection has been made, your Customer Success Manager will work with you to configure the integration to make sure fields are mapped correctly from your HRIS into Appraisd. Because the integration is easy and secure, it requires no development time and minimal involvement from your in-house tech team.

Synchronise on your schedule
Appraisd will synchronise data with your HRIS once per week as standard – and you choose the time. For example, if your HRIS is manually updated on a Monday morning, Appraisd can be scheduled to synchronise later that day. We can arrange more frequent synchronisation if required.
