If you need to change the feedback you've submitted, you'll need to contact an Administrator or the line manager for the person you're reviewing. They'll need to carry out the following steps:

  1. Ensure that the appraisal is not Closed. If it's closed, an Administrator can change the appraisal back to Stage 2 temporarily.
  2. On the appraisee's profile, remove the reviewer's invitation to give feedback using the Feedback tab. This will not delete any feedback already provided.
  3. Re-invite the reviewer to give feedback.

The nominee will receive an email containing a link they can use to provide feedback, or edit any feedback they've already given.

Once the nominee has submitted the feedback again, the manager or an Administrator can close the appraisal again, if desired.
